KOTA BACA 2026 is a national-level event held in conjunction with World Book and Copyright Day (UNESCO), which falls on April 23 each year. Through a hybrid approach that combines physical programs at Dataran Merdeka and digital platforms, this program aims to elevate literacy as a social norm and a way of life for all Malaysians.
